Please Note:

• Our monthly membership is a recurring membership. Your membership will automatically renew 1 month from your day of purchase, and each month until you choose to cancel.
• An administrative fee is included in your first month of membership. This is a one-time charge that will cover everything from setup to cancellation of your membership.
• All children on your membership must be from the same family and household.
• Every child (ages 12months-17years) entering InnerActive must have a paid entrance code. 2 adults are free to enter with paid child entrance. Adult passes available here. Sharing your entrance code with others or allowing unpaid/unknown persons into InnerActive is prohibited.

Cancellation: Memberships renew automatically each month. Cancellations must be made before your renewal date to avoid future charges, and we’re unable to backdate or provide refunds for unused time. After cancellation, your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period. You can log in at any time to cancel—simple, straightforward, and hassle-free.

Memberships require a waiver listing each child's name and birthdate who will be utilizing the membership. Be sure to include children under 12 months if they’ll attend — they won’t be charged until their 1st birthday!
