How it Works!

InnerActive passes can only be purchased online. Once purchased, you will receive a unique entrance code that will grant you secure access to InnerActive.

After completing your purchase an entrance code will be sent to your email to be used at the front door of InnerActive.

Your day pass purchase is only valid at the location of purchase. 

Please Note:

• Every child (ages 12 months–17 years) entering InnerActive must have a paid entry code.

• Children under 12 months may enter free only when accompanying a paid older sibling; otherwise, a day pass is required.

• Each child must be entered using their own code at the front door. If you are bringing multiple children (including playdates), the adult entering is responsible for having an entry code for every child prior to arrival so all codes can be entered together.

• Sharing entry codes, allowing unpaid or unknown individuals to enter, or using a code for a different child is prohibited. Re-entry is permitted for the same child(ren) only.

• Up to two adults may enter free with paid child admission. Additional adult passes are available.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at InnerActive.

• InnerActive is for individual family recreational use only and may not be used for therapy, group, or client-based services.

• We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to use your one-day pass on the day of purchase, please contact us.
